UPA 2 - The Scamster, Times Now - The Whistleblower

It is a can of worms opening almost daily and updating the people of this country about the scams & malfunctions which are occuring on a day-to-day basis on huge magnitudes.When we look at the figures in the scam they run into several billion dollars which infact are some percentage of our GDP. The updated information is good as we Indians are aware of the corrupt functioning of the government we elected. But it is utterly disappointing and sad when we look at the figures involved in the scams. Our money & our people, especially the under-privileged and the people living BPL take the hit, the most. Take for example the 2G Telecom Scam. Let us not get into the scams which were unearthed over the last 3-5 years.........getting angry.....anger control pills please.........ok now.
This is the 7th year of UPA - which means this is UPA 2. During the past two years many scams took place or had taken place earlier and were brought out in the past two years. Why is UPA 2 filled with scams & controversies. In a larger picture this is because of corruption which is rampant in our systems and UPA 2 has failed miserably to clip corruption & the corrupt. Manmohan Singh is a victim of this big game as corrupt babus & ministers care a hoot about him. Many times he look like a helpless intelligent caught in the web of corruption. The hunger for money & power is unsatiable in the ministers which has led to humongous losses to the exchequer. UPA has its own ministers caught in various scams and even paid its alliances during the trust vote. The nation was about to face with another pressure had mid-term elections taken place. I ever wonder about the greed of a person and the inability of UPA 2, a government in power, to nail this evil. How is this not possible? It is so difficult for a ruling party to curtail corruption? I give up to this as I don't see a satisfactory answer.
An interesting thing to note is it is "Times Now" - A english news channel who is at the forefront of unleashing the scandals. They not only get access to the "Most Confidential", "Most Secret" documents but also airs them on international television. I wonder - Is Times Now more efficient then the CBI, IB, RAW or COFEPOSA? The way they follow up really make things move at the top, irrespective of the results. Do we need the CBI's and other agencies then? Why don't our agencies recruit people from Times Now? I am not critising TN. Its because of TN that we know of 2G Scam, CWG Scam, IPLgate, Fake Pilot Scam and many many more.
This only means that our systems have already failed. And the process of failing may have begun somewhere before 5-10 years from today or before. Much during the UPA 1 as well. I wonder why this was not identified when the systems were failing? Didn't someone smell a rat?
Times Now somehow gets access to sensitive information, gets their home work perfectly done, places right people at the right time and that's it....the result can be seen every night at 9.00 pm.
I am very confident about this things not changing over the next 100 years as the greed for money and power are placed before patriotism & self-esteem. Till then we will have channels like TN who would be whistlle blowers and many more UPA's who would be the scamsters.

Imposing BO

BO?? Those are the initials of Barrack Obama. And looks like I have written it with attitude? Yes, but that's not my attitude. That's the attitude the american administration has towards the rest of the world and India in particular. The insecurity levels are very high amongst the Americans as India grows at an alarming rate, the rate with which the US is not comfortable. But Why? Again the attitude as I mentioned. They simply cannot tolerate any nation going ahead of them in terms of economic superiority. The stoppage comes in many ways and in ways which are majorly political. The recent way was a letter written by this BO to Manmohan Singh to force him to buy F15 aircrafts from Boeing & F16 from Lockheed Martin, both US companies. This is a commercial compulsion for the Indo American nuclear deal. Then there comes a multi-billion dollar aid to Pakistan, though the Americans best knows the secrets of a rogue nation. The nation harbouring many of the deadly terrorists, the nation that promotes terrorism, the nation that plans & implements international attacks. Why is America so friendly with Pakistan? Simple they need to use one fool to keep an eye on its growing & powerful neighbour. Look at the cases in the US where our celebrities, VIP's and diplomats were frisked. And the radio collar incidences which are currently happening in the American universities. Look at the tighter US visa norms applicable to the Indians. There is much more which can be listed in this context however it will become too lenghty................
Then comes the American interference in global affairs, followed by threats. This is the case with Libya and BO asked Gadaffi to leave. This was the case with Egypt and BO asked Mubarrak to leave. Now BO is hell bend on Bahrain and its king to cease rule. Why are they so concerned about the globe particularly in the unwelcomed parts of the world? I think the answer is known to you & me.
If the world wants to see peace and independance the Americans should stay beyond the atlantic and allow things to shape up their own. The US lectures are no more needed. When the US grew to become a super power the world watched quitely. Now it the time of the world, India to grow and they should watch quitely.
